House rules: Check-in: After 4:00 PM Checkout: 11:00 AM No smoking No pets No parties or events The space: It is located about 45 minutes from Hixson and less than 60 minutes to the heart of downtown Chattanooga. Guest access: The house and lot are available but the adjacent garage is not for guest use. Other things to note: Depending on the cleaning schedule, there is a possibility of an early check in for a small fee. Contact the owner on a case by case basis but sometimes this cannot be arranged until the day before or same day depending on other bookings. The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cookware, bring your own food and drinks. During your stay: Guest can contact me through Email and Text Messaging. Please be mindful of late night and early morning messaging, other than emergencies. Additional rules: We ask that guests do the dishes and put any towels or bedsheets that have been used in the bathrooms. We also ask that trash be put in the exterior trash can in a completely enclosed trash bag. No loose items please. The home can be used for events and retreats. However, NO PARTIES are allowed as a courtesy to neighbors. No exceptions on this. Please keep noise down outside after 9 pm since noise travels across the lake. Guests to take off shoes as they enter the property to keep floors nice for the long term. We welcome children to stay at the property but we ask that you watch them carefully due to the high railing and the close vicinity of the Lake. A Flat Bottom Boat is available, please secure the boat to the dock when done. Thanks.
