Stayed a few nights Denise’s place is super cute and cozy! The neighbors are all friendly and the scenery and water is beautiful and they peaceful.

Stayed with kids Absolutely beautiful! You think the view can't be as nice as the photos but its literally perfect. So quiet at night as well. So many things are available for you, we will be back next year FOR SURE

Stayed about a week Our stay was great. Perfect little place on the lake. Had a little issue with the boat seat & trolling motor but Denise had someone come out our 1st morning & got us on the lake right away. Very pretty area with many cool hikes & waterfalls. Would stay again.

What a wonderful way to spend Memorial Day and our daughter’s birthday! We booked this cozy cabin with lakefront views for the weekend and it did not disappoint! Beautiful view, home was very clean and cozy for four adults! Fishing was nice and also having access to water equipment such as the paddle boat which was fun and other boats that we did not use. Overall I highly suggest this cabin and the host, Denise was great! Very responsive. Thank you again for sharing your home with us!

Stayed a few nights This was the perfect weekend getaway for my family. The location is private and peaceful. The lake is directly behind the home and a close and easy walk from the home. Denise was very friendly and extremely responsive to any questions I had. We were very pleased with our stay.

We offer two unique, peaceful getaways in the beautiful Dunlap, Tennessee area: The Cabin at Bluebell Woods and The Lake House on Fredonia. Both properties feature stunning lakeside views, private settings, and easy access to the water for a relaxing, unplugged experience.

2. What water activities and equipment are available to guests?

Guests have direct access to the lake right behind the properties. Depending on the rental, we offer various water equipment to help you enjoy your stay, including options for fishing, swimming, kayaking, and canoeing, as well as a paddleboat.

3. Are the properties suitable for families and groups?

Absolutely! Our rentals are clean, cozy, and spacious enough to accommodate family vacations, milestone celebrations (like birthdays), or a relaxing girls’ getaway. The layouts feature excellent indoor and outdoor spaces, including comfortable back porches perfect for morning coffee or evening chats.

4. What should we bring, and what is provided?

Our homes come fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including standard kitchen essentials and linens. Because our properties are located in a scenic area close to incredible hikes and waterfalls, we highly recommend bringing outdoor gear, hiking shoes, and your favorite fishing tackle!
